Terri is a cross-media environmental consultant-for-hire based in Austin, Texas (home of the central TCEQ offices). With over 20 years of combined industrial and consulting experience, she specializes in air quality and operations concerning the U.S. Department of Defense, Aeronautics, Semiconductors, Surface Coating and Chemical Storage. She holds a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University and has technical experience in Title V, MACT, NESHAP/HON, PSD, RMP, Texas New Source Review, Dispersion Modeling, Compliance Auditing, Emission Inventories (EI), Environmental Training, Compliance Systems, RCRA, EPCRA and in basic issues concerning waste water, drinking water, hazardous and solid waste, and remediation.
